How do I book a physiotherapy appointment with Klinica?
You can book online through the Klinica booking system, which shows live availability for each therapist at all four clinics, or call reception on 0178 455 7330. Email requests to admin@klinicacare.co.uk are also picked up during opening hours. No GP referral is needed to book privately.
What are Klinica’s opening hours?
All four Klinica clinics open Monday to Saturday and are closed on Sundays. Individual therapist availability inside those hours is shown in the online booking system.
Which Klinica clinic should I book?
Choose whichever of the four sites is most convenient: Ashford in Surrey, Redhill in Surrey, Chiswick in West London or Canary Wharf in East London. Fees and therapist availability differ slightly by site, so it is worth checking the individual clinic page before booking rather than assuming they are identical.
